As
part of the Mongolia–Korea Digital Partnership Forum 2026, the National
Information Technology Park (NITP) and the Korea Digital Enterprise Association
(KDEA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at expanding
cooperation in the fields of information technology and the digital industry.
Under
the MoU, the two sides will work together to strengthen business-to-business
(B2B) partnerships between Mongolian and Korean technology companies, promote
investment opportunities, and facilitate access to new markets. The partnership
will also encourage the exchange of knowledge and expertise in artificial
intelligence, software, and other digital technologies, while contributing to
the development of a highly skilled digital workforce.
NITP
and KDEA will further support cooperation among startups and technology
companies through business meetings, networking, mentorship, and joint projects
and programs. In addition, the two organizations will explore opportunities to
expand collaboration in software development, testing and quality assurance, as
well as other IT outsourcing services. The MoU provides an important foundation
for strengthening long-term and sustainable digital cooperation between
Mongolia and the Republic of Korea, while expanding business partnerships,
investment opportunities, and market access for technology companies in both
countries.
