**Objectives**
- To share opinions and to contribute national and regional development through co-operations among the participants from Asian Science Parks
- To introduce the state-of-art products and technology of start-up companies in Asia

**What are different from previous ones?**
- First, details of the meeting will be organized with the main theme of “Partmership Toward Techno-Asia/” Introduction of this year’s theme will give members the chance of promoting mutual collaborations and strengthening the ties among members by sharing valuable experiences.
- Secondly, each concurrent sessions will be divided in to three participants in order to build networks in each group-professionals from the science parks, officials from the central/local governments, and managers from the high-tech oriented start-up companies. The titles of each part are named as “Park-to-Park”, “City-to-City”, “Venture-to-Venture.”
- Thirdly, an exhibition will be scheduled during the annual meeting in order to promote the state-of-art products and technology of start-up companies incubated by the participating science parks.
