Overview
Natural Ray Company Co., Ltd. is a company that was founded in 2009, developing and manufacturing the LED LCD(BLU System), LED Lighting. NRC is producing high brightness LCD of Display Information Device Market. This was created us by our technology development capabilities and academic cooperation. We sell products to domestic and foreign buyers. And, apart from that, we are producing high efficiency LED Flat Lighting, applied our specialized LED BLU technology. To increase customer value and improve the competitiveness of our customers, differentiated on the basis of technology, we’ll do our best to reach customers today.
Key technology
♦TFT LCD with LED Backlight
For normal TFT LCD or LCD makers adapted CCFL or EEFL which are thin and long tube lamps. The light of them looks like white but actually contains all seven colors of visible lay. The visible lays separate to each colors passing through LCD panel to display different color values.
However, TFT LCD with LED Backlight which is composed of various single LED packages with RGB chips inside can emit a different white color much purer than white color of CCFL or EEFL owing to separated red, green and blue LED lamps. This mechanism offer not only high color purity but also natural color fidelity comparing CCLF of EEFL. The color fidelity increases about 104 to 110% by LED backlight.
♦LED optical Application
The LED is a point source of light.
LEDs have made a line source of light, this lighting has penetrated to LGP(Light Guide Panel) and finally converted the flat lighting. At the moment, there is the important point, “Hot Spot”.
The main cause of hot spot is spaces of LEDs.
The Hot Spot has appeared at the surface of LCD. (→right figure) Solution;
1. Changing the Dot Patterns of LGP.
2. Renovating the mechanical design of the input lighting plane
