We are a specialist company in the field of development of the signal processing and controlling system of the imbedded systems for industrial use. We are mainly developing the controlling and measuring equipments mostly in application to the industry, and developing and supplying the development-related platform kits for the imbedded system developers to make their development easy in addition. Our major business is to develop the testers that perform EPD-relevant tests and non-defective verification such as small to medium sized LCD modules and EPD (Electro Phoretic Display).

Major Products

1. AI-LCB340 

AI-LCB340 is an application board to test the produced TFT-LCD/OLED Display Modules. Still images are testable up to 1024x1024 of resolution, and supports up to 10fts when 24bit BMP video was reproduced at the resolution of 800x480, and up to     15fps in case of 16bit for the videos. High-definition stills and videos can be presented without data loss because the original BMP is reproduced.
Convenient window environment user interface program is provided so as to be applicable to diverse LCD Test Applications.
In addition, there is an easy register information input function according to the user environment, and the user environment that can change the still/video image information and pattern information is also provided. Usable like a test equipment since the pattern information can be changed by the user definition.  According to the engineering requirements of the customers, we are providing convenience in development of application by the customers with firmware customizing and rapid response.

2.  AI-PGT100E

AI-PGT100E is an equipment to test the EPD (Electro-Phoretic Display) applied to E-Book terminal. Still pictures are testable up to the resolution of 2048x2048, and the test pattern images can be applied diversely in application to SD card. High-definition pattern stills can be tested without data loss because the original BMP is reproduced in all cases. Specific file formats are provided so as to be applicable to the diverse test applications and to establish the convenient environment.
Establishment of the user environment is simply by driving after selection when starting the equipment with the window program and, there is a function that corrects and enters the register information easily according to the users’ environment and, the user environment enabling change of still image information and pattern information, etc. is also provided.
According to the engineering requirements of the customers, we are providing convenience in development of application by the customers with firmware customizing and rapid response.

3. AI-OPT100

AI-OPT10is an optical measuring device attachable/ detachable to/from Jig and tester with a purpose of quality measurement of the displays produced. Small and light, this device was designed to widen the scope of usage and to be used as a measuring equipment by own operation and independently.

4. Mobile LCD Module Tester

This development equipment is an integrated signal generator to measure the mobile display module, able to replace the existing testing equipments in particular, and plays the important role by minimizing the quality-related problems by reducing the opportunity loss cost, increase of production yield rate and effective defect detection through shortening of the test time due to the integrated signal test. At present, able to measure the high-definition (more than 1280x1024) class of the mobile display able to measure the LCD modules with RGB, CPU, MIPI (high-speed serial type interface) as well. As an option to the inspection test, a module to inspect the optical measurement module and the touch interface (resistive screen, electrostatic capacity) are supported.
